📦Tracking Label Void and Replacement
Sometimes, we may need to void a shipping label due to label errors, printing issues, or attachment mistakes. If your tracking shows "Order Canceled," we likely created a new label and voided the original.
Each label has a unique tracking number. When voided, the original number becomes invalid and may display as canceled on the carrier’s site. Our system doesn’t yet auto-send a replacement tracking email, but our team aims to email the new number manually. If you haven’t received it, please contact us to request the updated tracking details.

🔀Do You Accept Trade-Ins?
Yes, we are pleased to offer trade-in services for local Texas customers residing within a convenient driving distance of our Coppell, TX storefront. Acceptance and trade-in value depend on the firearm's make, model, condition, and current market demand.
If you're interested, please bring the unloaded firearm to our storefront during business hours for inspection and evaluation. Important Note: We cannot accept trade-ins that require shipping to us for evaluation.
Storefront Location: GrabAGun.com, 200 E Beltline Rd Suite 403, Coppell, TX 75019. We are in building 4 in the northwest corner of the park. Look for the glass door with the GrabAGun logo and suite number 403 above it.

In-Store Order Creation: If you accept our offer, our staff will assist in creating your new firearm order. Paperwork and pickup may require a second visit; we'll email you when your firearm is ready. Accessories and ammunition ship to your address.
💳Shoot Now, Pay Later — How Does Pay in 4 Interest-Free Financing Work?
Eligibility: If your order total ranges from $200 to $600 and you qualify, you can choose the Pay in 4 payment method.
Payment Structure: During checkout, you'll make an initial required payment, followed by three additional bi-weekly payments over the next 6 weeks. Each payment is approximately one-quarter of the order total.
Interest-Free Promotion: By making all four payments on time, you qualify for an interest-free promotion.
Important Note: Missing or late payments will disqualify you from the promotion and interest will apply to the full amount.
