🗽What should I know about shipments to New York?
- Rifle Restrictions: We cannot ship any centerfire AR or AK rifles, or any of their analogs, to New York.
- Shotgun Restrictions: We cannot ship semi-automatic shotguns with detachable magazines to the state.
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any centerfire firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds to New York without removing the magazines. Law enforcement officers may submit credentials to receive higher-capacity magazines.
- Ammunition Restrictions: We are unable to ship any ammunition to New York.
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to New York.
Please consider the following:
- Legal Ownership Verification: Some items not covered above may still require verification for permissible ownership. We recommend contacting your FFL dealer before placing an order to confirm eligibility. If a shipped item is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credits for requests to remove standard-capacity magazines from firearms prior to shipment.
