🏢What guidelines should I be aware of for shipments to New Jersey?
- Rifle Restrictions: We cannot ship any AR or AK rifles, or any of their analogs, to New Jersey.
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds to New Jersey without removing the magazines. Law enforcement officers may submit credentials to receive magazines holding more than 10 rounds.
- Ammunition Restrictions: We cannot ship any ammunition to New Jersey.
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to New Jersey.
Please bear in mind the following:
- Legal Ownership Verification: Some items not covered by the above restrictions may still require verification for lawful ownership. Contact your FFL dealer before ordering to confirm eligibility. If a shipped item is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credits for requests to remove standard-capacity magazines from firearms prior to shipment.
