🗺What should I be aware of regarding shipments to Maryland?
- Rifle Restrictions: We cannot ship any AR or AK rifles, or any of their analogs, to Maryland.
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any semi-automatic firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Maryland without removing the magazines. Law enforcement officers may submit credentials to receive magazines holding more than 10 rounds.
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Maryland.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Legal Ownership Verification: Some items not covered above may still require verification for lawful ownership. We recommend contacting your FFL dealer before ordering to confirm eligibility. If a shipped item is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credits for removing standard-capacity magazines prior to shipment.
