✉What should I know about shipments to Illinois?
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun magazine capable of holding more than 15 rounds or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Illinois.
- Black Powder and Muzzleloader Firearms: All black powder and muzzleloader firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer.
- Ammunition Restrictions: We are unable to ship any ammunition to Illinois.
- .50 BMG Rifles: We are unable to ship any .50 BMG rifles to Illinois.
- Rifle Restrictions: We cannot ship any centerfire AR or AK rifles, or any of their analogs, to Illinois.
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds for rifles or more than 15 rounds for handguns to Illinois without removing the magazines. Law enforcement officers may submit credentials to receive higher-capacity magazines.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Legal Ownership Verification: Some items not covered above may still require verification for permissible ownership. We recommend contacting your FFL dealer before placing an order to confirm eligibility. If a shipped item is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credits for requests to remove standard-capacity magazines from firearms prior to shipment.
