🏫What are the guidelines for shipments to Washington D.C.?
- Rifle Restrictions: We cannot ship any AR or AK rifles, or any of their analogs, to Washington D.C.
- Shotgun Restrictions: We cannot ship shotguns with revolving cylinders or semi-automatic shotguns with detachable magazines to the District of Columbia.
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Washington D.C. without removing the magazines. Law enforcement officers may submit credentials to receive magazines holding more than 10 rounds.
- Ammunition Restrictions: We are unable to ship any ammunition to Washington D.C.
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Washington D.C.
Please consider the following:
- Legal Ownership Verification: Some items not covered above may still require verification for permissible ownership. We recommend contacting your FFL dealer before ordering to confirm eligibility. If a shipped item is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credits for requests to remove standard capacity magazines prior to shipment.
