🌎What are the guidelines for shipments to Rhode Island?
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any centerfire firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Rhode Island without pulling the magazines. If you are a law enforcement officer, please send your credentials to receive magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
- Ammunition Restrictions: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any ammunition to Rhode Island.
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Rhode Island.
Please consider the following:
- Legal Ownership Verification: There could be firearms not covered by the above restrictions that still require verification for permissible ownership. We recommend reaching out to your FFL dealer before placing an order to ensure your eligibility. If an item ships and is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credit for requests to remove standard capacity magazines from firearms prior to shipment.
