🌲What are the guidelines for shipments to Washington?
- Rifle Restrictions: We cannot ship any AR or AK rifles, or any of their analogs, to Washington. We also cannot ship centerfire semi-auto rifles with more than one of these features: detachable magazines, pistol grip, barrel shroud, or threaded barrel.
- Firearm Capacity Limit: We cannot ship any firearm capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Washington without pulling the magazines. Law enforcement officers may send credentials to receive magazines holding more than 10 rounds.
- Ammunition Restrictions: We are unable to ship any ammunition to Washington.
- Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship any handgun or rifle magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds to Washington.
- AR/AK Parts: We cannot ship any AR/AK parts such as triggers, handguards, or buffer tubes to Washington.
Please consider the following:
- Legal Ownership Verification: Some items not covered above may still require verification for permissible ownership. We recommend contacting your FFL dealer before ordering to confirm eligibility. If a shipped item is later deemed non-compliant, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Magazine Removal: We do not facilitate swaps or credits for requests to remove standard-capacity magazines prior to shipment.
