📄What's the process for submitting an E-form?
Registering as Individual E-File:
- Go to https://eforms.atf.gov/login;referrer=%2Fhome%3F_afrLoop%3D232126612389527954&_afrWindowMode%3D0&_adf.ctrl-state%3D1194lt3703_99 and register for an Eforms account.
- Once registered, call (972) 552-7246 or email NFA@grabagun.com to set up an appointment to complete your Form 4.
- Attend your appointment. We will complete your fingerprint cards and passport photos in the storefront. Please note payment by card only when e-filing.
Registering as Trust E-File:
- Create your trust if you do not already have one (online template or local attorney).
- Register for an Eforms account at https://eforms.atf.gov/login;referrer=%2Fhome%3F_afrLoop%3D232126612389527954&_afrWindowMode%3D0&_adf.ctrl-state%3D1194lt3703_99.
- Call (972) 552-7246 or email NFA@grabagun.com to schedule your Form 4 appointment.
- Attend with all trustees or responsible persons and trust documents. We will complete fingerprint cards and passport photos in the storefront. Card payment only when e-filing.
