Before accepting your firearm from your FFL, carefully inspect it for defects or damages. Once transferred, ownership is finalized and the firearm becomes your responsibility.

If defects or damages appear after accepting the firearm, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement.
🔁Damaged at Transfer?
If you identify issues before accepting the firearm, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a return label and can arrange a replacement or full refund.
💸Returning for Other Reasons
If you're simply unsatisfied and haven't yet accepted the transfer, you may return the firearm. Please note, a shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
