If you have an established relationship with a specific FFL dealer that isn't currently listed on our FFL Locator, we're here to assist you. Kindly reach out to them directly and request that they send us a signed and dated copy of their current FFL certificate. They can email it to FFL@GrabAGun.com or fax it to (972) 304-6214. Please ask them to include their best contact phone number and email address for their listing on our FFL Locator.
Upon receiving their FFL certificate and contact information, we will promptly add their listing to our FFL Locator. This will allow you to select them during the checkout process. You can expect their listing to appear on our FFL Locator by the end of the next business day from the time we receive their FFL certificate.
- Informing Your Trusted FFL Dealer: Let them know you'll be purchasing a firearm from GrabAGun.com and that you'd like us to ship it to them for the transfer. This ensures they are prepared for the incoming firearm.
- "Local Pickup" Service: Available exclusively for firearm purchases. All ammo and accessories will be shipped to your provided address.
- Selecting an FFL Dealer: Factors like location and transfer fees are important. Transfer fees can vary, so inquire beforehand. Use our FFL Locator tool to find available dealers near you.
- Specific Dealer Requirements: Some dealers may only transfer for family/friends or certain firearm types. Asking specific questions ensures they can accommodate your transfer.
For Texas residents near our Coppell location, selecting GrabAGun.com as your FFL dealer during checkout saves on transfer and shipping fees. You can pick up the firearm at our storefront. Any purchased ammo or accessories will be shipped to your address.

⏳How long do I have to come in and take ownership of my "Local Pickup" firearm order?
Once you've placed an online firearm order for "Local Pickup" at our Coppell, Texas storefront, our aim is to have it ready within 3 – 5 business days. You'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email when your firearm is prepared for you to visit and complete the ownership paperwork. We recommend checking your email daily, as storage location and other factors can influence timing.
Please refrain from visiting our storefront to inquire about readiness until you receive the notification. Once notified, visit within 10 business days to finalize paperwork and take ownership. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be canceled and refunded.
"Local Pickup" applies only to firearms. Any ammunition and accessories you've purchased will be shipped to your provided address.
If you prefer in-person ordering, you may visit during regular business hours. A second trip may be needed to complete paperwork, as we require time to retrieve the firearm from our remote facility. Similar to online orders, you'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email—check daily and visit within 10 business days once notified.
The exact location of our GrabAGun.com storefront is Ingle Business Park, 200 E Beltline Rd, Suite 403, Coppell, TX 75019. Look for building 4 in the northwest corner, with the glass door displaying the GrabAGun logo and suite 403 above it.
Our storefront hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time (excluding major holidays). To ensure adequate time for paperwork and transfer, please arrive no later than 4:45 p.m., preferably earlier.
For a seamless transfer, we highly recommend bringing your Texas License To Carry Handgun (LTC), if you have one. If you don't have an LTC, a State of Texas–issued ID (e.g., driver's license) is suitable—ensure the address matches your current residence.
