Returns and Cancellations
A: We understand that circumstances may lead to the need for returns or cancellations. Here's what you need to know:

Order Cancellation: While we'll do our best to cancel an order free of charge if requested by 5:00pm on the order day, we can't guarantee this if the order has already shipped.

Defective Accessories: We're here to help if you receive defective accessories. Notify us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll arrange for pickup and return. Reach out through Live Chat or "Contact Us" for a return authorization.

Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $15. Make sure to request return authorization before sending anything back.

Ammunition and Apparel: For safety reasons, we can't accept returns of ammunition. T-shirts and other apparel also cannot be returned.

Firearms: Firearms orders need FFL paperwork. Orders over 15 days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled with a 15% restocking fee. "Shoot Now Pay Later" orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Transferred Firearms: Once a firearm is transferred, it's considered used, even if unfired. Inspect it at your FFL before accepting it. Defective or blemished firearms can be returned if not transferred.

Silencers and NFA Items: Cancellations, returns, or refunds for silencers or NFA items can't be processed once Form 3 or Form 4 ATF paperwork has started. Changing the order after this stage involves a price difference, a $100 change fee, and shipping charges.
