🔄Returns and Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: While we'll do our best to cancel an order free of charge if requested by 5:00 p.m. on the order day, we can't guarantee this if the order has already shipped.
- Defective Accessories: Notify us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll arrange pickup and return. Reach out via Live Chat or “Contact Us” for a return authorization.
- Non-Defective Returns: Subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $15). Request return authorization before sending anything back.
- Ammunition and Apparel: For safety reasons, we can't accept returns of ammunition or apparel (including T-shirts).
- Firearms: Orders need FFL paperwork. Orders over 15 days old without paperwork will be canceled with a 15% restocking fee. “Shoot Now, Pay Later” orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- Transferred Firearms: Once transferred, firearms are considered used—even if unfired. Inspect at your FFL before acceptance. Defective or blemished firearms can be returned if not yet transferred.
- Silencers and NFA Items: Cancellations, returns, or refunds can't be processed once ATF Form 3 or 4 paperwork has started. Changes after this stage incur price differences, a $100 change fee, and shipping charges.
